Who we are
Peninsula Heritage Ltd. specializes in built and cultural heritage studies and archaeological assessments. Although formed in 2024, Peninsula Heritage Ltd.’s staff have over 35 years of collective experience conducting cultural heritage and archaeological studies across Ontario. Peninsula Heritage Ltd. has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and terms of reference for cultural heritage studies for numerous municipalities and regulators across Ontario.
Peninsula Heritage Ltd. routinely conducts cultural heritage screening reports, cultural heritage evaluation reports (CHERs), heritage impact assessments (HIAs), and additional supporting studies for residential and commercial built structures, bridges and culverts, and roadway corridors. Peninsula Heritage Ltd. conducts studies in support of due diligence studies, development applications, feasibility studies, and Municipal Class Environmental Assessments (MCEAs).
